When we refund

• The file is faulty or won't open, and we can't fix it for you.
• You were charged twice for the same guide.
• You bought the wrong guide by mistake and contact us within 7 days, before downloading it.

How to ask

Reply to your Nestuge receipt email, or email [support email to be added], within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Approved refunds go back through Nestuge to your original payment method; timing depends on Nestuge and your bank.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.
